HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Please refer to our returns policy. Besides,We cannot accept returned products that have been man-made damage.

HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your goods to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from saviorgloves.com. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.


Can i machine wash the gloves?
Answer: We do not recommend you use machine wash, machine wash will damage the inside heated element. Spot clean gloves by hand using only mild detergent.

What if the products I received is damaged or missing items?
Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, We cannot accept returned products that have been used or man-made damage.
You must report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at info@saviorgloves.com You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer’s help to confirm why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.


Does it work under subzero area?
Answer: Yes, it does. Enjoy extra warmth on your hands no matter what you’re doing outside.

What happens if an item is on backorder?
In rare cases, you have not received the products for more than 16 days. Please contact info@saviorgloves.com. and we will deal with it immediately.

 I don’t know how to get it work
Answer: When batteries are installed the glove, Press ON/OFF button first time, the heat setting to high (3 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button a second time to reduce the heat setting to Medium (2 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button a third time to reduce the heat setting to low (1 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button of fourth time to turn glove heat system off (all light bars will shut off)

What forms of payment do you accept?
Our checkout page accepts Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as forms of payment.



Gloves only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it?
Answer: Most of batteries won’t come in fully charged status so that’s why you need to recharge them for at least 4 hours when you receive it.

Why did I pay for several days without a tracking number?
Normally, we will send it out within 3 working days, and the transport time will be 7-16 days.
Which does not contain your payment reach our account of the time, usually 10 minutes will arrive at our account, but does not exclude the special circumstances this process needs a few days, depending on the credit card payment platform (Credit card and PayPal) into account.
And please review the product page for the products you have ordered, which will indicate the inventory availability status of the product. Products that are out of stock will be shipped automatically once we receive additional inventory.

Customers need to pay for shipping when returning?
1: If the product has quality problem, customer returns/exchanges the product. In this case, Customer does not need to pay the freight.
2: If the Customer chooses the wrong size when buying, when receives the product and finds that the size is not suitable when using it. It needs to be replaced. In this case, we will provide an address in the United States to receive the user’s wrong size product. The shipping cost is Customer pays.
