How long does it take to receive my order?

How do I return something?

For information on returns, please refer to our returns policy. However, please note that we cannot accept returned products that have been damaged by misuse.

How do I use a coupon code?

To use a coupon code, add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout process. During checkout, you will find a box where you can enter your coupon code. Simply enter the code and click “apply.” Please keep in mind that only one promotion code can be used per order.

Can I machine wash the gloves?

We do not recommend machine washing the gloves as it can damage the internal heating elements. Instead, we suggest spot cleaning the gloves by hand using mild detergent.

What if the products I received are damaged or missing items?

If you receive damaged items or find that items are missing from your order, please report the issue within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at info@saviorgloves.com. It is important to keep the original box and packing materials in case we need to open a claim with the carrier. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this process.

Does it work in subzero temperatures?

Yes, our gloves are designed to provide extra warmth in subzero temperatures, allowing you to stay comfortably warm no matter what outdoor activities you engage in.

What happens if an item is on backorder?

In rare cases where you have not received your products within 16 days, please contact us at info@saviorgloves.com, and we will address the issue promptly.

I don't know how to get it to work.

  • To operate the gloves, insert the batteries and press the ON/OFF button.
  • The first press will activate the high heat setting (indicated by three illuminated light bars).
  • Press the button again to switch to the medium heat setting (indicated by two illuminated light bars).
  • Press it a third time for the low heat setting (indicated by one illuminated light bar).
  • Finally, press the button a fourth time to turn off the glove’s heating system (all light bars will shut off).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as forms of payment on our checkout page.

The gloves only heat for about 30 minutes and then turn off when I first use them?

Most batteries are not fully charged upon arrival, so we recommend charging them for at least 4 hours before using them to ensure longer heating time.

Why did I pay for several days without receiving a tracking number?

Typically, we ship orders within 3 working days, and the transit time is between 7 and 16 days. However, there may be a delay in the payment reaching our account, which can take a few days depending on the credit card or PayPal payment platform. Additionally, please check the product page for the items you ordered, as it will indicate the availability status. If a product is out of stock, it will be shipped automatically once we receive additional inventory.

Do customers need to pay for shipping when returning?

If the product has a quality issue and you need to return or exchange it, you will not be required to pay for the return shipping. However, if you purchased the wrong size and need to replace it, the shipping cost will be your responsibility. We will provide you with an address in the United States to return the wrong-sized product.
