Directions for use:
- Be sure to remove the battery from the glove before charging.
- Charge the battery at room temperature for 4 hours before first use.
- While charging, the LED on the charger will turn red.
- When charging is complete, the LED on the charger will turn green.
- Carefully connect the power wire inside the glove battery compartment to the battery.
- Place the battery into the glove battery compartment and secure it in place with the Velcro at the top.
Wash and Care:
- Remove the batteries from the gloves before cleaning or storing.
- Do not machine wash, machine dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean.
- Spot clean the gloves by hand using mild detergent.
- Air dry the gloves by laying them flat.
Attention:
- Always remove the batteries from the gloves before charging.
- Do not drop, short circuit, or expose the gloves’s batteries to high temperatures.
- If the battery becomes swollen or deformed, please stop using it immediately.

Q1: I don’t know how to get it work
Answer: When batteries are installed the glove, Press ON/OFF button first time, the heat setting to high (3 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button a second time to reduce the heat setting to Medium (2 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button a third time to reduce the heat setting to low (1 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button of fourth time to turn glove heat system off (all light bars will shut off)
Q2: Can i machine wash the gloves?
Answer: We do not recommend you use machine wash, machine wash will damage the inside heated element. Spot clean gloves by hand using only mild detergent.
Q3: Gloves only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it?
Answer: Most of batteries won’t come in fully charged status so that’s why you need to recharge them for at least 4 hours when you receive it.
Q4: Does it work under subzero area?
Answer: Yes, it does. Enjoy extra warmth on your hands no matter what you’re doing outside.

The original gloves were not very warm, and I contacted Savior Heated Gloves, which was exceptionally responsive, and they suggested I return them for a warmer pair. They even phoned me to check that I was reordering the right pair I would need. since I was advised they run a little small. Despite my normal size of large, I order this XL model fits PERFECTLY, and the gloves are indeed a lot warmer. They are also thicker, but that is worth the extra warmth. I also found out that they feel much warmer and seem to stay much warmer if they are turned on a few minutes before wearing them. They seem well made. Would definitely order from this company again.

Moderate thickness gloves kept my fingertips warm at 32 degrees on high setting. In the past I had a different brand of thicker nd much more expensivee that gloves that got warmer in tbe palms but did not keep my fingertips warm. So these Savior gloves are better for my usual purpose of dog walking but I would opt for thicker gloves ar below freezing temps

Received quickly and was amazed at the good fit right out of the box. By the way, the box is appropriately sturdy and elegant in its darkness. I encountered a small sewing defect in the thumb of one that was immediately replaced by Savior. Thank You! They have been sufficiently warm when i needed them and arent bad turned off. No regrets here.

I bought a pair of the really nice heated mittens about $150 for them. They are wonderful! No more gold hands and fingers from the ski gloves when I use the snow blower or shovel all that white manure out of my driveway. I put them on medium and that is perfect. Hands don’t get too hot and sweaty just always comfortable. Fit around wrist is also great and snow gets inside. Best mittens I have ever bought. Glad I stopped being cheap and spent the money for a really great pair.
