Usage Instructions:
Always remove the batteries from your gloves when charging
Charge your batteries at room temperature for 4 hours prior to first use
The LED light on the charger will illuminate RED while charging.
The LED light one the charger will illuminate GREEN when Charging is complete.
Carefully connect the power wire inside the glove storage pocket to the battery.
Position the battery inside the glove pocket and seal velcro along the top to secure the battery in place.

How to prolong the service life of lithium battery for heated gloves

Even if the lithium-ion battery is not used, its power will be slowly lost. What we have to do is not let the battery run out completely. In order to avoid the battery discharging completely, we should charge the battery to about 50% before storage, which takes about 1 hour. Then charge it every five or six months. If the battery can’t start the device, it doesn’t mean that the battery is completely dead. When the power is very low, the battery power can’t start the device. Q1: I don’t know how to get it work
Answer: When batteries are installed the glove, Press ON/OFF button first time, the heat setting to high (3 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button a second time to reduce the heat setting to Medium (2 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button a third time to reduce the heat setting to low (1 light bars will illuminate)
Press ON/OFF button of fourth time to turn glove heat system off (all light bars will shut off)

Q2: Can i machine wash the gloves?
Answer: We do not recommend you use machine wash, machine wash will damage the inside heated element. Spot clean gloves by hand using only mild detergent.

Q3: Gloves only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it?
Answer: Most of batteries won’t come in fully charged status so that’s why you need to recharge them for at least 4 hours when you receive it.

Q4: Does it work under subzero area?
Answer: Yes, it does. Enjoy extra warmth on your hands no matter what you’re doing outside.

    I love the thickness of these gloves. They aren't so thick that you can't do normal tasks like picking up or grasping things. But they are thick enough to hold the heat even after you turn them off. I like that they are comfortable to wear while driving. I like that it doesn't take too long to charge these and that they work for hours. I'm actually camping with family, and I was able to do everything I needed to and not have to remove these. These are true to size!!!! So comfortable, and they keep your hands nice and toasty. I am very impressed with these gloves.

    Heated gloves are often hit or miss. I have had mine for a month now with about 25 uses. So far they work very well and keep hands from freezing in 0 temp. Battery pocket zipper pull on one has come off but this is a good product so far.

    Gloves kept my hands warm while I was working in forty below wind chill on a cattle ranch. Have had them for over a year and they are still working perfectly. Also use them for skiing. Getting another set of batteries for backup.

    I bought these last year and first winter used in Iowa was great. Running with snowblower on setting #2 was enough for me. Batteries lasted as long as I needed(1 hr or so) Not sure how long they would go. Just used them again during big winter blast Dec 22 in Iowa (wind chill -20) and again ran great on #2 with #3 for a bit also. My wife also uses them for arthritis relief in her hands on occasion. I would buy again!

    I absolutely love these gloves. I wouldn't go through a winter without them. They heat to a perfect temperature and have a long battery life. They are perfect if you suffer from Raynaud's, as I do. They're very good quality and the size of XS is great for my small hands. I can't recommend them enough.

    Work as advertised. Sizing is accurate and the estimated battery times also. Easy charging and use. The gloves are a little heavier than standard non heated gloves, but not noticeably so when out on the slopes. Lowest setting won't warm your hands but even on the coldest day (7 Fahrenheit), my hands weren't cold. I would recommend.
