Returns & Exchanges
We attach great importance to quality. All products will be checked before they are sent out to ensure that the quality is all right.
1.(a). If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 45 days.
1.(b). Send email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us your order number and why you want to return or exchanges.

a. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. We do not accept a returned item that damaged, washed or altered in any way.
b. In order to protect the health of the next shopper, heated socks do not accept returns.
4.After we receive your return, we will full refund your order within 3 business days or free resend a new one to you, and we’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange. Notice, original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
If your order more than $45, please consider using traceable shipping services or buying transportation insurance. We are not sure that we will receive the goods you returned.
Supplementary description of shipping costs
Customers need to pay for shipping when returning?
1: If the product has quality problem, customer returns/exchanges the product. In this case, Customer does not need to pay the freight.
2: If the Customer chooses the wrong size when buying, when receives the product and finds that the size is not suitable when using it. It needs to be replaced. In this case, we will provide an address in the United States to receive the user’s wrong size product. The shipping cost is Customer pays.
